GENERAL POLICIES Although we do not have dog breed or domesticated species restrictions, we are unable to provide service for aggressive or vicious animals.
All dogs & cats must be flea and tick free, on a flea and tick preventative, and current on vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Same
day and/or next day service is subject to availability and available
for established clients only. Requests for same day service are
subject to a fee of $25 in addition to the fee for the visit(s).
A 'Getting to Know You' visit is required before care of any animal can begin. Please email us or call us at 404 274 1090 to schedule a visit.
We require two (2) sets of working keys and two (2) access cards (if applicable) for those living in gated communities.
We
are unable to provide care for animals whose owners we have not met
and interviewed previously. If (an)other animals with whom we are unfamiliar (is) are
in the home during a scheduled visit, please be advised that the
animal(s) for whom we are scheduled to care for is (are) the only
animal(s) for whom we can and will accept responsiblity.
Owners are responsible for any and all costs resulting from injury caused by his/her pet(s) to other animals or humans, including FROLIC caregivers, as well as damage(s) to the property of others. FROLIC is not responsible for these expenses and the owner will be billed accordingly. FROLIC takes appropriate precautions to protect your pet(s) and property. Owners understand that we provide care for friendly, well-adjusted animals.
COLLARS & ID TAGS We strongly advise all pet parents to keep properly fitted collars with the appropriate ID tags on their animals at all times. If you choose not to keep a collar with ID tags on your pet(s) and/or a pet containment collar on your pet(s) (when applicable), this action can limit or nullify FROLIC's liability.
THIRD PARTIES If Owners have provided access to the home or property to third parties when FROLIC has been contracted, this action can limit or nullify FROLIC's liability. FROLIC assumes liability only when FROLIC has been contracted as the single source of service and/or caregiving, and is the only party with access to the home or property during the contracted period.

GATES/FENCES, DOGGY DOORS & BACKYARDS If your dogs and/or cats are allowed access through a doggy door onto your property (fenced or unfenced), this can limit or nullify FROLIC's liability.
If we are instructed to leave your animal(s) outside (in a fenced or unfenced area), we can not be held responsible for third parties who may come onto your property and have access to your pet(s). We make every attempt to ensure that your pet's health, safety and welfare needs are met and exceeded.
If your property is fenced with an access gate(s) that is (are) not secured with a padlock or combination lock (to which we are the only party with permission to access during the care period), and third parties are allowed access to the property, this action can also limit or nullify FROLIC's liability.
RESERVATIONS It
strongly advised that non-regularly scheduled visits and weekend care be booked a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance to ensure
availability. We advise a minimum of four (4) to eight (8) weeks in advance to book for holiday care.
HOLIDAYS FROLIC
provides care during the holidays with a confirmed reservation and
deposit. For holiday care, add $11 per visit for the day of the holiday. We observe the following holidays:
Christmas Day • New Year's Eve & Day • Thanksgiving July 4th • Memorial Day • Labor Day
CANCELLATIONS Same day cancellations incur a fee based on the total fee for all visits/services scheduled that day.
Regularly
scheduled weekday and/or weekend visits require 24 hours
notice to avoid a trip charge, based on the total fee for scheduled visits/services.
Cancellation for extended and/or holiday care requires 72 hours (3 days) notice. If we do not receive notice as described, a cancellation fee is assessed based on the total fee for the care period reserved.
