The FROLIC Partner Program (FPP) is designed as a resource for pet owners and businesses alike.  It is our goal to provide pet owners  with a wealth of information, products and services on matters such as grooming, nutrition, health and welfare, and  well-being.

It is also our goal to raise awareness and educate communites about the importance of spay/neuter programs, and the placement of rescue animals in loving, responsible homes.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
FPP works as a grassroots networking program to foster a greater sense of community and encourage positive interaction between those who have pets and those with pet service companies.  

When you utilize a pet service or product as an owner, or if you own a pet services company, contact FROLIC and we will evaluate your product or service as a resource for our clients; and you will do the same for FROLIC.  

Should FROLIC select your product(s) or service, we will inform our clients of your product(s) or service as an additional resource.  It's a way to promote higher standards of care and introduce ourselves to our community.
