WHY ARE YOUR DOG WALKING RATES MORE THAN OTHER COMPANIES?
We offer more services, more options and far more skilled care than other companies. We are a company that provides protection for your pet(s) and your property while you are away. When you outline our rates incrementally, we provide better services at a greater value. Why should you pay an extra fee for extra time or services when this should be standard?
DO YOU ONLY PROVIDE CARE FOR DOGS?
Because we are a team comprised of pet parents, we know from experience that many households, including many of our own, are multi-species. We provide skilled care for cats, birds, snakes, iguanas, rabbits and more, as well as more challenging pets turned down by other companies.
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS?
We rotate lights, bring in mail, packages, periodicals/newspapers, water the plants, put out the trash and can even go shopping for you, or run your animal-related errands, so that when you return home from your trip, you will have what you need without making stops before getting home to your furbaby! As former concierge, we've got you covered and remember the little things, so you don't have to.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR LAST MINUTE SERVICE REQUESTS AND CANCELLATIONS?
Calls for any service request(s) made without a minimum of 24 hours notice are subject to availability and a minimum additional charge of $25. Cancellation for holiday care requires 72 hours notice. If we do not receive notice of cancellation as described above, a cancellation fee is assessed based upon the total fee for the service.
IS YOUR COMPANY BONDED?
We are better than bonded. Typical bonding protects you only after the accused has been convicted of a crime against you or your property. Our underwriter provides protection the moment a claim is properly submitted, reviewed and approved by our insurer. Our underwriter covers theft, breakage and mysterious disappearence, which is not covered by typical bonding.

- What are the company's qualifications? What are their motivations and philosophy of care?
- Do they show genuine interest in my and my pet's needs and provide the level of care I do?
- Does the company accommodate my pet's schedule and make adjustments based on my requirements?
- Are they knowledgable about health issues, training & temperament, and experienced administering different types of medications?
- Are they creative, patient and loving toward my animal(s)?
- Are they always available, responsive and honest?
- Is the company properly and adequately insured?
- What does typical bonding cover and is this enough?
