POLICIES
A
'Getting
to
Know
You'
visit
is
required
before
services
can
begin.
- A deposit is required to reserve extended care (more than 5 days) and Overnight In Your Home Care during holidays.
- Calls
for any non-holiday, weekday service request(s) made without a minimum of 24 hours notice
are subject to availability and a minimum additional charge of $25.
- Cancellation for holiday care requires 72 hours notice. If we do not
receive notice of cancellation as described above, a cancellation fee
is assessed based upon the total fee for the service.
- We
are
unable
to
provide
service
for
aggressive
dogs
